Based on positive feedback from both consumers and providers, the Mental Hygiene Administration elected to provide the funding to take our program statewide.
Current Activities
CQT currently makes site visits to psychiatric rehabilitation programs (PRPs) in the following counties:
- Anne Arundel Co.
- Baltimore Co.
- Baltimore City
- Carroll Co.
- Harford Co.
- Howard Co.
CQT currently makes site visits to the following inpatient facilities:
- Thomas B. Finan Center (Cumberland)
- Springfield Hospital Center (Sykesville)
- Eastern Shore Hospital Center (Cambridge)
- Upper Shore Community Mental Health Center (Chestertown)

- Third inpatient facility
January - September 2009
- Montgomery County PRPs
- Frederick County PRPs
- Fourth inpatient facility
- Fifth inpatient facility
- Sixth inpatient facility
October 2009 – June 2010
- All PRPs in Washington, Alleghany, Garrett, Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester counties (Schedule to be determined)
